Contingent Fee Consulting

Since OneSource Consulting only earns a fee if all of the client’s project objectives are met, we are true partners.

Working with our firm provides the client with all of the comfort they desire, knowing that we share a common goal: to improve profitability while maintaining superior quality and service.

We offer this option only on a limited basis and reserve the right to selectively choose which projects can be offered this arrangement.

While Contingency Fee Consulting is often how our relationship begins, many clients prefer one of our other options, such as a fixed fee approach, hourly billing, or a percentage fee based on the cost of the project. We are glad to create a program that will work for you.
